Electrical characterisation and microstructure of metal oxide-doped ZnO varistors

Zinc oxide ceramic varistors were realized by doping ZnO with small quantities of MnO2 and PbO. The preparation technique of Direct Mixing of Constituent Phases (DMCP) was used.
