2. Types of Papers

The journal accepts the following categories of manuscripts:

2.1 Original Research Papers

Original research papers present new findings within the scope of the journal. The maximum length for this category is 8,000 words, including references.

2.2 Review Articles

Review articles provide a critical summary of recent trends and emerging advancements in a subject area. Existing research data are evaluated and synthesized. The maximum length for review articles is 12,000 words, including references.

2.3 Short Communications

Short communications may include case studies, preliminary findings, new research, or novel technologies within the scope of the journal. These should not exceed 3,000 words and a maximum of 20 references.

2.4 Letters to the Editor

Letters to the Editor address previously published manuscripts. Upon receipt, the corresponding author of the manuscript being addressed will be given the opportunity to respond. Both the letter and the author's response will be published together. Letters must not exceed 500 words and ten references.

3. Peer Review Process

The journal employs a double-anonymized peer review process. All submitted manuscripts are first assessed by an editor for suitability and alignment with the journal's scope. Manuscripts considered appropriate are then forwarded to a minimum of two independent expert reviewers. The final decision on acceptance or rejection rests with the editors.

Editors will not participate in decision-making for manuscripts authored by themselves, their family members, or close colleagues, or for manuscripts related to products or services in which they have a personal or financial interest.

4. Manuscript Submission

The journal accepts only original work that has not been previously published and is not currently under consideration for publication elsewhere. All co-authors are expected to have reviewed and approved the submission. Authors are responsible for obtaining all necessary approvals. The publisher shall not be held legally responsible for any claims arising from the submitted work.

All manuscript files should be uploaded through the journal's online submission portal via the Submit Manuscript link on the journal website.

5. General Submission Requirements

Adherence to the following requirements is mandatory. Failure to comply may result in the manuscript being returned to the authors for corrections, which could delay the review process.

  1. The manuscript must be written in English and thoroughly checked for grammar and spelling errors.
  2. Line numbers must be applied continuously in the left margin of all pages using the line numbering feature in Microsoft Word.
  3. The submitted manuscript must be a clean version with no tracked changes.
  4. All sources used in the preparation of the manuscript must be properly cited, including the authors' own prior work.
  5. All figures and tables must appear within the body of the text in numerical order and must be cited at the appropriate location in the text.
  6. The abstract must be between 200 and 250 words, followed by 5 to 6 keywords that do not appear in the title.
  7. The conclusion must appear as a distinct, separately headed section.
  8. The order of authors, including the designation of the corresponding author, must be confirmed as correct at the time of submission. Changes to authorship or author order are not permitted after submission.
  9. The following declaration must appear in the declarations section of the manuscript, immediately after the conclusion:
"All contributing authors have reviewed the manuscript and confirmed compliance with the ethical responsibilities of authors."
  10. Submission of a manuscript for publication implies the transfer of copyright from the author(s) to the publisher upon acceptance and confirms that the work has not been previously published elsewhere.

6. Manuscript Structure

Original research papers should follow the structure outlined below.

6.1 Title Page

The title page must include the full names and institutional affiliations of all authors, and the active email address of the corresponding author. The corresponding author must be clearly identified.

6.2 Abstract

The abstract should be between 200 and 250 words. It must clearly state the originality and significance of the findings in relation to current knowledge. The abstract must be self-contained and comprehensible without reference to the main text. Non-standard abbreviations should be avoided; where necessary, abbreviations must be defined at first mention within the abstract.

6.3 Keywords

Authors must provide 5 to 6 keywords relevant for indexing purposes. Keywords must not duplicate terms already used in the title.

6.4 Body Text

The manuscript body must be organised into the following sections: Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results and Discussion, Conclusion, and References. The journal follows the APA referencing style.

6.5 Statements and Declarations

Authors must disclose any financial or personal relationships with organisations, agencies, or individuals that could inappropriately influence the work. Where no conflicts exist, the following statement should be included: "Declarations of interest: none."

Authors must also disclose all sources of funding for the research and/or manuscript preparation. Where no specific funding was received, the following statement should be used:
"No specific grant was received from any funding agency in the public, commercial, or not-for-profit sectors."

6.6 Author Contributions

The corresponding author is required to describe the contributions of each co-author using the relevant CRediT (Contributor Roles Taxonomy) roles.

6.7 Acknowledgements

Authors may acknowledge individuals or institutions that contributed to the research but do not qualify for authorship. Funding sources should not be repeated here if already declared in the funding section.

Figures and tables must be numbered using Arabic numerals in the order in which they appear in the text. Each table must have a descriptive title explaining its contents. For previously published figures or tables, the original source must be cited in the caption, and written permission from the copyright holder must be obtained by the author and submitted alongside the manuscript. Materials submitted without evidence of permission will be assumed to originate from the authors.

7.4 References and Citations

In-text citations should follow the APA format, using the author's surname and year of publication in parentheses. Example: (Eshiokene, 2000).

The reference list must include only works cited in the text that have been published or formally accepted for publication. All references must be formatted in accordance with the APA style guide.
